   Description
  Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration, marketing or communications.
MBA is a plus.
- At least 4 years experience of managing a marketing and / or communications and PR function.
- Experience in managing direct marketing, market research processes, CRM ad data mining

Tasks:
1. Develops & implements a comprehensive marketing strategy that reflects the wide range of market segments
2. Produces and implements a proactive PR communication strategy for the organization
3. Produces an operational plan to support the company's strategic direction and the aims of the division
4. Monitors internal and external sources of strategic information and market intelligence
5. Produces appropriate publicity materials and corporate information to meet the organization evolving needs
6. Employs methods of direct marketing when appropriate, using data, and developing repeat business
7. Ensures excellent customer marketing and improved learner progression
8. Be the custodian of the company brand and be responsible for recommending its development and integrity
9. Evaluates the impact of marketing activities and provide appropriate reports with clear measurements
10. Measures changes and increases in market share in all segments of the market in which the company operates
11. Reports on the effectiveness of how the company is operating in key markets and where new opportunities may be found
12. Ensures that appropriate records of key performance indicators of the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing and communication function are maintained and acted upon, with the coordination of the commercial division (sales).
13. Organizes and delivers events and activities that promote and celebrate the success of learners
14. Produces annual advertising and media plans
15. Plans and ensures appropriate budgetary control with a view to value for money
16. Works with other divisions / departments of the company to ensure adequate support and development for marketing and PR functions
17. Cooperates with suppliers to ensure adequate project information is transmitted to the media.
18. Supervises planning and visual identity projected at events and exhibition stands.
19. Devising, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures
20. Any other duties as may be assigned by top management.
