  1. Designs and implements marketing strategies including without limitations advertising, PR and others…
2. Establishes internal standards and procedures for the marketing department.
3. Contributes to elaboration of yearly Business Plans.
4. Sets, manages and controls the Marketing & Advertising/Promotional budget.
5. Controls and supervises of the marketing efforts of marketing executive employees for the implementation of marketing & communication plans.
6. Manages and supervises the effective implementation of all marketing & communication strategies and plans.
7. Follows up on general day-to-day marketing, PR and communication issues.
8. Plans and manages marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
9. Recommendation and orientation role on the sales team, without any personal accountability on their results.
10. Directs the development of company marketing program, for assessment of existing and potential markets.
11. Manages new product introduction/development and market and customer segmentation initiatives.
12. Works with all business units to understand and helps develop rolling three-year marketing plans, with detailed action plans.
13. Surveys current and potential markets to establish and document, size, growth and segmentation; competitive environment; critical technical and business requirement; and market dynamics.
14. Undertakes customer and market segment profitability analysis.
15. Analyzes and influences initiative/campaign synergies among business unit marketing plans to maximize effectiveness and still focus on company key differentiators.
16. Develops, manages and measures performance of company campaigns and strategic marketing programs that support and differentiate the company value proposition and drive increased sales and revenue.
17. Defines new product introduction and development strategy and approach from a marketing perspective.
18. Defines market and customer segmentation strategy and approach.
19. Performs analysis of customer database and market potential to identify and prioritize target customers.
20. Recruits, manages, trains and motivates direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy.
21. Maintains and develops corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
