   Description
  GENERAL PURPOSE
Inventory controller is responsible for maintaining finished goods inventory, coordinates with operations managers to get daily production numbers.
Inventory control - supervision of supply, storage and accessibility of items in order to insure an adequate supply without excessive oversupply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following
• In charge of Inventory Control plans and procedures
• Ensure stock is properly binned / tagged.
• Constantly review the ABC classification of Stocks
• Conducting inventory audits/designing systems for better inventory management
• Resolve discrepancy in stock on day to day basis
• Coordinate with other functions (receipts/issues/sales counter) for inventory tracking
• Follow-up with IT & Finance regarding stock written off
• Daily Transaction verification Report
• High Value and High Consumption Items Verification Report
• Slow moving & Non Moving reporting
• Scrap Sales Reporting
• Perpetual inventory verification.
• Annual Inventory plan and schedule
• Keep Manager updated on day to day matters
• Plan & inform subordinates regarding stock takes.
• Keep inventory of non-saleable stock in separate locations.
• Develop procedures to control discrepancies

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA in Business Management or equivalent
Min 2years of experience as inventory controller

LANGUAGE SKILLS
English, Arabic, French
