Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets.
• Work closely with the Manager in ensuring department targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement ambiance appropriate to the prestige lifestyle image of the store.
• Identify key clients and develop effective client relations to create repeat and continued business.
• Maximise sales by implementing and monitoring client books and sales ability.
• Attend sessions on product knowledge and sales training.
• Maximize sales by advising customers on further purchases i.e. complimentary outfits.
• Support the Manager in implementing new initiatives that are relevant and promote Company growth through Sales activities.
• Support the Manager in identifying key trends in the market specifically for sales activities for the Company and define the, relevance to the Company in adopting and applying new trends in the Company.
• Proactively contribute as necessary to ensure that the Company is perceived as an employer of choice.
• Good communication skills with the ability and credibility to build strong relationships and to operate at all levels are essential.
• Adhering to the standards of operations and support the Manager in achieving the departments goal.
• Assist in visual merchandising of store.
• Maximize sales by developing effective client database and developing professional relationship.
• Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sale process, i.e.; changing room, POS, etc.
• Ensure that store procedures and guidelines for merchandise display and storage are implemented.
• Conduct store orientation for new Employees.
• Provide sell through data to line Manager.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying behaviour to line Manager.
• Ensure manpower scheduling makes optimal use of resources.
• Attend as required and always contribute to regular line management and team meetings.
• Support and follow up Employees HR requests and information needs as required.
• Carry out assignments as directed by line Manager.
