A local distributor of nutritional and food supplement products.

Location:
Badaro - Lebanon

Main Purpose of the Job:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and office staff. Promote a professional company image through personal and phone interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow- up on proposals, orders, quotations, invoices, and payments…
• Supervise the collection process
• Monitor stock by updating products movement
• Handle administrative paper work such as filing
• Provide administrative support to the GM by updating the calendar and all record-keeping systems, managing meetings, developing and maintaining databases
• Follow-up on all administrative issues i.e. installation of office equipment, correspondence with other parties
• Provide indoor sales when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
• Good typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Arabic, English, and French speaking skills
• High sense of responsibility and accountability
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
• Experience in Quicken software (accounting) is a plus
