We are a company located in Beirut and looking for an enthusiastic administrative intern.
- Attend to procurement matters and analyze collected offers
- Attend to relevant secretarial work (channeling calls, welcoming visitors, arranging meetings, etc.)
- Support HR Responsible as requested
- Manage company's online and social media presence
- Assist in managing the flow of paperwork.
- Assist and facilitate the work of the company's staff as necessary - whenever and however needed.
- Assist with business development matters including marketing material preparation.
- Good organizational skills
- Good command of the English and Arabic languages. French is a plus.
