The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for conducting market search, and is expected to generate his/her own Leads.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively approach targeted business clients and manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
He/she should set weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets for the Sales Executives making sure these targets are realistic and achievable.
Demonstrate good understanding & experience of marketing mix for services or products.
Visit regularly and maintain continuous direct contacts with all key clients and acquire new clients by identifying/contacting decision makers, with the support of Group’s Sales Team.
Monitor competitor’s activity, collect/update information about market and competitors’ prices.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Expected to generate his/her own leads and present the closed deals at the senior management level within target time frame.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and lead the sales initiatives, from inception to closure.
Owns the Bid Management process and leads Bid Responses for tenders. Ensures all resources are identified and committed to respond to a bid.
Evaluate and maintain an extensive knowledge of the current market sectors in selling Entertainment Products and Services.
Attend conferences and professional exhibitions and promote Company’s products to increase leads and drive sales.
Respect the appropriate physical appearance and ethical conduct requested by the company.
Independent seller able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
Excellent communications and technical presentation skills to win over potential clients
Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and closing contracts
Strong responsibility, self-motivated, results-driven, able to work under high pressure
High school diploma/4 year business degree preferred
Related Work Experience
7 to 10 years’ successful track record in B2B sales in MENA Region, West Africa is a plus
Strong command of English – French - Arabic languages
