Description


Responsibilities
• Welcoming and greeting clients.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Applying Professional selling techniques (consultative, upselling…)
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Explain & demonstrate product features and warranty agreements.
• Provide information on daily deals and promotions.
• Attractive products display and organized stocking.
• Respond to customers’ requests and concerns in a resourceful manner.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Replenishment of sold items.
• Exceeds customers’ expectations in handling complaints and problem solving.
• Make sure that work area and aisles are clean and shelves are dusted properly.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field is a plus.
• 3+ Experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
