-Ability to design Reward strategies covering executive pay and incentive schemes

-Ability to conduct strategic change management and communication activities

-Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with senior client leadership

-Ability to manage project commercials

-Ability to drive and coach delivery project delivery team

-English is essential Arabic is preferential

-Travel across the Middle East will be required regularly
