Aqua-Tots Swim School is now interviewing Water Safety Instructor Staff candidates for Aqua-Tots Lebanon, an indoor facility location that will be opening late October 2019 and will be the first international swim school in Lebanon. The WSI is expected to work with General Manager, Aquatic Manager and Aquatic Staff on all aquatic daily operations thereby ensuring company core values, customer satisfaction and revenue increase.
We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing instructors who love teaching children 4 months to 12 years old. Ideal candidates possess a minimum 2 years aquatic teaching. Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values;
Implement the use of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools systems of procedures set forth for the Water Safety Instructors staff;
Greet customers when they come into the facility;
Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers;
Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children’s names;
Be knowledgeable in regards to parent questions regarding progression and Aqua-Tots curriculum;
Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome;
Report to work 15 minutes prior to each shift;
Be in uniform (Staff shirt) when entering any AT facility or location;
Check pool chemicals and maintain chemical log;
Set up teaching areas;
Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift;
Understand and uphold Aqua-Tots fecal contamination policies;
Teach in accordance with Aqua-Tots curriculum;
Fill out Aqua Cards on a consistent basis;
Return Aqua Cards to correct place in bin;
Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings;
Other duties as assigned.

BA in Physical Education or Diploma in Education preferably;
Preferably previous swim instruction, lifeguard, aquatics, or swim coach;
Previous experience working with children (examples include sports coach, camp counselor, or similar experience);
However, both experiences are not compulsory; Candidates with the right personality are welcome to apply
