Description


Responsibilities
• Research and creates presentations
• Generate reports
• Handle multiple projects
• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues
• Schedule, coordinate appointments and manage meetings
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Perform data entry and filing

Qualifications
• BA degree in Business Management or Equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in the field is a must
• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Arabic
• Excellent in planning, organizing, and information monitoring
• Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
