The Technical coordinator main role is to Coordinate between different members of Customer Support department, and provide necessary support for internal and external clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and follow up in coordination with the Technical Supervisor on customers’ calls and requests for intervention, and make sure that these problems are solved effectively & efficiently.
Receive technical support requests/calls from clients, assess the urgency and the nature of the technical malfunction and handle the proper procedure and follow up respectively.
Coordinate, organize and follow up on the daily schedule of the technical support team: being biomedical engineers and application specialists and make sure that their time is fully optimized and effective.
Collect and follow up on the daily CRM & service reports of the technical team.
Schedule machines installations, deliveries, emergency corrective maintenance calls and preventive maintenance support visits.
Handle the scheduling of mantling and dismantling the equipment in exhibitions.
Prepare and follow up on maintenance agreements in a timely manner.
Support the accounting department in the collection of due payments related to technical support department resulting either from maintenance agreements or PM & CM visits.
Handle proper filing of papers and records related to CS department.
Perform other duties related to the field.
