Reports to: Accounting Manager

Job Purpose:

To provide overall payroll and tax administration ensuring timely submission and settlements.

- Prepares payroll and perform related transactions
- Controls all tax reports
- Performs & controls end of service entries on monthly basis
- Controls NSSF reports
- Checks & approves fixed assets invoices
- Performs disposal transactions
- Controls Fixed Assets inventory
- Prepares and file VAT reports
- Controls quarterly and evaluate VAT reports to ensure that no modification on filed reports
- Prepares tax on salaries quarterly report
- Controls quarterly and evaluates tax on salaries reports to ensure no modification occurred on filed reports
- Reconciles between fixed assets ledger and accounting
- Controls employee accounts
- Controls related companies and partner account
- Prepares reports including all cycles (i.e.: profitability, event, score card…)

Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in the same role
- Previous experience as an Audit
- BS in Business Accounting or equivalent
- Fluent in English & Arabic, French is a plus
- Computer Literate
- Presentable
