-Manage company social media channels, like Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin including fielding inquiries and generating overall positive engagement.
-Create social media content.
-Analyze market strengths and weaknesses and create and develop content according to the opportunities and threats.
-Implement strategies for creating content that increases audience interaction and engagement.
-Manage social media communications.
-Responsible for coordinating daily content schedules (including product photography and content photography for distribution as part of social campaigns).
-Measure results of digital campaigns by analyzing key metrics and conversion for each channel.
-Respond appropriately to public comments and private messages we receive through all social media channels.
-Provide advice and information as applicable in order to assist in customer queries.
-Report to Art Director.
