Description


We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Head Office in Hazmieh to be responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform basic filing and recordkeeping system for contacts, files, and employee directory
- Assist the Administrative Office Specialist with maintaining office security and supplies, arranging all aspects of travel such as bookings, accommodations, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Time management
- Planning and organizing skills
