The Beauty Advisor is responsible for offering an exceptional and personalized service, while maintaining a long-lasting relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. The beauty advisor acts as the main representative of the company and its products.
Role includes:
•Provide the best service to customers and assist them with their needs by recommending the best products that suits their requirements
•Introduce the latest products in order to increase sales and satisfy customers’ needs
•Organize and display items on shelves in an attractive manner
•Follow up on products availability in showroom and replenishment
•Report bestselling promotions and slow selling items
•Ensure sales targets are met and follow up on promotional activities
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, preferably within the Skin Care products
•Degree in Cosmetology or a Certification from a Beauty Academy is a plus
•Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
