Description


Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Automotive
Engineering or equivalent. MBA is preferably.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a
supervisory role in the Automotive Industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of operations and all departments of the company and recommend changes and action plans in
areas necessary.
• Develops and implements short and long-terms goals and motivate employees to meet and exceed goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Work closely with the sales manager to track the progress toward unit sales goals, profitability, and other quotas.
• Devote significant time to planning, strategizing, and measuring sales and processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations to maintain strong customer relationship and loyalty.
• Keep solid knowledge of law and regulations regarding the business practices to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and
company policies and procedures
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust dealership operations and strategies accordingly


Knowledge of:
• Automotive market and industry trends, as well as a solid understanding of dealership operations and financial management.
• Microsoft Office, dealership management systems and other automotive software programs.
Skills:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees at all levels
of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational and financial issues in a timely and
effective manner.
• Must have great negotiation and selling skills,
