The Finance Manager will be responsible for monitoring accounts, reviewing financial reports to ensure tax-compliance, preparing financial forecasts and collaborating with other departments to achieve monetary goals

-Oversee operations and development of the finance department, set goals and objectives, create and review policies, conduct regular assessments of financial procedures, and design a framework for these to be met
-Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
-Collect, interpret, and review financial information recommending further courses of action
-Report to the management and provide advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
-Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
-Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
-Develop long-term business plans, and conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
-Review, monitor, and manage budgets
-Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

-Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business studies or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus; CMA is a plus
-More than 5 years of proven experience as a finance manager
-Extensive understanding of financial trends
-Proficient user of finance software
-A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
-Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
-Detail-oriented and analytical
