The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, knowledgeable about home appliances and TVs, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell home appliances and TVs to prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory's potential, track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Solid understanding of home appliances and TV products.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in outdoor sales and door-to-door sales.
Experience in the retail industry, ideally within the home appliances and electronics sector.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
