Job Brief
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward through insightful analysis, strategic planning, and effective communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify business trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Survey Design and Analysis: Develop and conduct surveys to gather valuable insights from stakeholders, customers, and employees.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment on business initiatives.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure that proposed solutions meet their expectations.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that business analysis activities align with project timelines and objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the business.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Motivated to learn and take on new challenges.
• English and Arabic languages are a must. French is a plus.
