Tasks and Duties:
- Communicate with factories that deal with the company.
- Prepare a list of products needed to be provided by the company's suppliers.
- Make sure of all imported products in terms of specifications, quantity, quality and safety before products reception.
- Coordinate with the warehouse in order to take the required action for preparation and products organization.
- Coordination with the display team to ensure that all products are displayed.
- Answer questions of sales team regarding products arrival dates.
- Prepare a list of products expected to arrive to be provided to the sales department (wholesale, retail, projects).
- Participation in committees as required, such as the annual Inventory, Internal Audit ... etc.
- Keep each customer file as required.
- Perform other related duties as required

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics and transport , Business or any related field
- 1- 2 years of overall professional experience in logistics and supply chain(Import)
- In-depth knowledge in import and export by air, sea and road procedure
- English and Arabic (working proficiency in writing and speaking)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Negotiations skills
- Time Management skills
