We are looking for a Marketing Manager to:
- Build and execute marketing plans and activities to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including in store, digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Measure, evaluate and report on the performance and impact of marketing campaigns in achieving their stated objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities to improve and innovate our marketing strategies.
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Partner with creative teams and other stakeholders, and build strong relations with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.
- Experiment with a variety of channels like content creation, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media platforms to attract and convert our target groups.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and website optimization.
- Collaborate with the operations manager to launch new products and promote existing ones effectively.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Handle the social media pages in terms of planning and content creation
- Implement and manage a comprehensive loyalty program, leveraging CRM data to personalize customer experiences, drive repeat purchases, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in retail or a related industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM tools, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative thinker and writer with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in marketing.
- Exposure to digital and traditional marketing.
