Commis Chef - Asst Cook:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Measure and assemble ingredients for recipes.
- Follow established recipes and cooking techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in stock rotation and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
