As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
• HR Administrative: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
• Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking training completion.
• Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, including organizing employee events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English Skills (Written & Spoken)
• Computer Literate
