We have immediate / urgent vacancy of Receptionist / Administrative & Data Officer (plus HR / Accounting & Finance Functions) available in our company.

Below is a job description for this vacancy:

- Presentable lady with positive can-do attitude
- Greets & Welcome visitors whether to CEO or others in premises
- Handles front office work and tasks
- Experienced in office administration & management
- Experienced in Data Management / Research / Entry to develop and grow audience / community KPIs related to media channels (magazine, website, social, email…)
- Responsible of various administrative-related tasks such as mail (sending / receiving & distributing) and general office management.
- Responsible of invoicing, HR (employee records, time attendance & payroll) & inventory management…
- Very good English language (Speaking & writing)
- Very good computer skills especially using MS Office apps.

Work schedule is from 9am to 4pm with half-hour lunch break from 1pm to 1:30pm.

This is a full-time on-premises immediate vacancy. Remote work is not accepted except in urgent / force-majeure situations. Candidates must be living in or very near to Beirut.
