Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as Admin and HR Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Tasks:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Support HR functions, including benefits administration and employee relations.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Admin Tasks:

Manage and procure office supplies.
Ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Follow up on Vehicle Maintenance needs.
Process and control all incoming and outgoing documents.
Update incoming and outgoing documents trackers in a timely manner.
Update server folders with referenced incoming and outgoing documents.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Coordinate the route and plan of daily errands for logistics personnel.
Track and follow up on the work of logistics personnel to meet their deliverables within set deadlines.
Attend to office opening and office closing procedures.
Monitor the works of cleaning personnel.
Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment in a timely manner.
Handle basic IT-related tasks and liaise with the IT department as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master in Business Administration is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
Experience in HR role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
