Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for handling administrative tasks and assisting the legal team members in their tasks when needed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.1. Prepare and draft corporate resolutions for local and foreign entities.
1.2. Perform basic legal research when requested.
1.3. Schedule, coordinate, and confirm court dates, appointments, and meetings.
1.4. Review legal requests’ mailing received and ensure proper distribution of legal requests in line with the legal process.
1.5. Provide general legal administrative support and record keeping including hard copy and electronic filing, photocopying, and scanning.
1.6. Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
1.7. Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
1.8. Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
1.9. Assist with companies’ legal foundations and registrations (MOF, NSSF, etc.).
1.10. Handle legal administrative internal courier.
1.11. Follow up with external counsels and agents as may be required by the Legal department.
Job Requirments:
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
3. Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience, legal administrative experience is a plus.
4. Technical Competencies:
4.1. Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
4.2. Proficiency in typing English and Arabic.
4.3. Report writing skills.
4.4. Proficiency and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office.
