Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer (Government Relations Specialist) is responsible for managing the company's interactions with Lebanese governmental bodies including but not limited to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Ministry of Finance, notary public and other relevant bodies . This role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations, representing the company’s interests, and facilitating communication between the company and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts within Lebanese governmental bodies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and interpret government policies, regulations, and legislation affecting the company.
- Initiation Follow up of the various procedures with the governmental authorities and departments.
2. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant Lebanese laws and regulations, including those related to NSSF, Ministry of Finance, and other agencies.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents and applications to government bodies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and communications.
3. Problem resolving:
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes with government bodies promptly.
- represent the group in the discussions with government officials.
