Responsibilities:
Provide Guidance: Assist applicants with the process, answering questions and offering support.
Respond to Inquiries: Address questions via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Support Application Process: Help applicants complete their applications, ensuring all documents are submitted.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of applicant interactions and follow up as needed.
Achieve Goals: Work towards meeting application targets while ensuring high satisfaction.
Collaborate: Work with internal teams to streamline the application process.
Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies and standards.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping applicants.
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and work well with colleagues.
