Sales and Customer Service:
Work with the Operations Manager to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching of sales support staff.
Have a good product knowledge and be well informed about the machines specifications to increase sales.
Be up to date with the most recent catalogue and the operations manual.
Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Team and address calls for most general business issues and follow up on after sales service.
Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team, external customers and the technical support department.
Inform the Operations Manager about contract issues or concerns to ensure the timeliness of contract review.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to set the floor plans and layout based on customer’s request, recommend and specify any materials needed.
Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.
Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary.
Perform “After Sale” follow up on units sold to include machine overview while building relationships.
Provide customers with contact information for aftermarket sales opportunities and future warranty extensions and support.
Follow up with the suppliers and maintain the relevant checks, screening, and data input required to ensure risks are mitigated and smooth day to day running of the process.
Manage all records and documentation and conduct periodic vendor data maintenance and updates at agreed intervals.
Prepare new offers and contracts and record all the transactions on one drive.
Send the offers to clients, after approval of the Operations Manager.
Prepare the yearly machines catalogs in coordination with the Operations Manager.
Assist the Operations Manager in updating the website.
Prepare and participate in fairs to increase market share and company’s exposure.
Maintenance:
Assist the sales operation manager in the maintenance and inspection of all premises (RGH Building, Tchooz shoes stores, Old RG building as well as other locations).
Follow up with the technicians to ensure effectiveness and consistency in repair system.
Liaise with the Operations Manager to answers technicians’ requests to ensure fast service.
Fill the inspection checklist after every maintenance transaction or repair as per ISO standards.
Apply Iso standards in health and safety as well as those related to Intercard and Semnox.
Perform other duties as assigned.
