Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic wiring, panel and control boards and repair equipment when needed
2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and strategies to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
4. Manage inventory and procurement of equipment and supplies.
5. Calculate OEE on manufacturing lines, keeping records and files
6. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
7. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Electro-technique/ Industrial electricity or similar
- Two years’ experience in electrical maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Experience with industrial control systems
- Experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment
- Experience with electrical power distribution systems
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
