Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing Daily targets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons to understand service requirements.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales records.

Responsible for all banking functions related to the store including making bank deposits, filling change requirements, etc.
Perform necessary record keeping and reporting of money, sales and production in an accurate and timely manner.
Troubleshoots daily close out and shift sales analysis.
