Our client is a leading Canadian group and they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to work remotely from Lebanon . . This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing strategies and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have a strong background in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging content across all digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and drive traffic.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance engagement and grow our online community.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Language Skills: Fluency in French is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
