Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Create compelling and engaging content to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various online channels, including blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content. (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Implement and manage CRM systems to optimize customer interactions and drive customer loyalty.
• Direct Interaction with customers on WhatsApp.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing,
- Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing & E-commerce
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Proficiency in Social Media and CRM systems,
- Excellent communication skills
