Main Responsibilities:
-Perform Field Sales Activities in the assigned geographical territory or Channel to deliver agreed objectives/targets.
-Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs in distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising for the assigned territory or Channel.
-Implement Field Sales Plan for the assigned territory.
-Support in development of Field Sales and Category channel Plans.
Prerequisites:
-Minimum 1 year business/sales experience, or is part of sales and marketing trainee program.
-Demonstrated high level leadership/project management qualities in school/university or during previous work experience.
