We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon with specialized expertise in orthopedic surgery to join our dedicated team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of veterinary medicine, diagnosing and treating complex orthopedic conditions in small animals. The successful candidate will perform advanced surgical procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care standards within our practice.


Key Responsibilities:
- Orthopedic Expertise: Diagnose and treat a diverse range of orthopedic conditions in small animals, including fractures, joint disorders, and ligament injuries.
- Advanced Surgical Procedures: Lead and perform intricate orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and corrective osteotomies.
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide exceptional preoperative and postoperative care, including pain management and tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with fellow veterinarians and veterinary staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Accurate Medical Documentation: Maintain meticulous and detailed medical records for all patients, ensuring continuity and accuracy in care.
- Professional Development: Stay at the cutting edge of orthopedic veterinary medicine through ongoing education and training and contribute to the development of best practices and treatment protocols.

Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Specialization: Board certification or extensive experience in veterinary orthopedic surgery.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in orthopedic surgery, with at least 4 years of overall veterinary practice.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the use of diagnostic imaging tools, such as X-rays, with strong surgical capabilities in complex orthopedic procedures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach to patient
care.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive and professional environment.
