Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center & Data Entry Specialist to join our team at a leading real estate company in Tripoli. The ideal candidate will handle both customer service through phone communication and data entry tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to manage both client inquiries and accurate data processing for property listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries about available properties, appointments, and services.
- Provide accurate property information to potential buyers, tenants, or investors over the phone.
- Follow up on leads and schedule property viewings.
- Input and maintain accurate data for property listings, client details, and transactions in the company’s CRM and database systems.
- Update records and databases with new information as it becomes available.
- Ensure that all data entered is up-to-date, error-free, and organized for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Assist in administrative tasks when needed, such as preparing documents and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or data entry role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
