Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
• Understand customer needs and industry dynamics to tailor solutions effectively.

Lead Generation and Sales:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Strategic Partnerships:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop and promote joint solutions.
• Leverage partnerships to expand market reach and enhance service offerings.

Project Coordination:
• Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Communicate client requirements and expectations to the project team.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.

Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
• Provide feedback and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics
• 3 - 6 years' prior banking solutions industry related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
