We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Driver to join our team in Zekrit – Maten.
will be responsible for the efficient and secure delivery of documents, messages, and packages within and outside the department. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication and operations across various offices and departments, including follow-ups on the legalization of documentation with legal authorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Delivery of Documents and Messages: Efficiently deliver documents, messages, and packages between departments, offices, and external entities as required.
• Administrative Support: Assist with routine office tasks, including filing, photocopying.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure the secure handling of sensitive documents.
• Communication Support: Act as a liaison to facilitate the transfer of information between departments or officials.
• Legal Documentation: Coordinate with the supply chain manager to ensure compliance with formalities and legalization of papers with ministries, chambers of commerce, embassies, the National Social Security Fund, and Lebanese public security departments.
• Vehicle Management: Conduct daily checks of vehicle brakes, controls, fuel content, etc. Ensure expert vehicle handling and perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Punctuality and Timeliness: Be punctual and stringent about timings to avoid delays in the processing of legal documents.
• Payment Collection: Coordinate with the accounting department to collect payments/receivables from merchants and shipping companies.
Required Qualifications:
Languages: Proficiency in Arabic (good speaking), and the ability to read and understand English and French.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
