Sales Support & Prospecting
o Sales Support:
Understand wholesale clients product needs
Handle inquiries from clients and provides details about the products offered by phone, e-mails or by direct meetings.
Establish and maintain professional relationship selling with clients, by making them aware of existence product, motivating them to actively seek out their need and ensure closing the sales.
Follow up closely with Wholesale clients’ account in terms of ordering, stock movement by ensuring the receipt of sales reports from Wholesale accounts.
Ensure the wholesale clients’ deliveries are distributed as per the sales orders.
Deliveries preparation and follow up to all clients.
Barcode file preparation to all clients.
Payment Collection Follow up with WS clients and coordination with Finance.
o Prospecting:
New Distribution Channels: Seek & implement new distribution channels online and offline
New Clients: Conduct market research and study to seek out new stores or prospecting new clients.
Visits
o Conduct monthly customer visits:
Ensure proper Visual Merchandise in Wholesale stores.
Ensure proper display of new arrivals in wholesale stores
Conduct training to Wholesale stores staff.
• Be up to date on technical & lifestyle products specs and inform Retail Assistant Area Manager & communicate to staff
• Be up-to-date on sports & lifestyle product
Ensure proper wholesale in-store marketing.
Ensure proper allocation of space within Wholesale accounts
Report to SOM competition allocation in Wholesale accounts
Ensure no counterfeit or parallel products at Wholesale accounts
Pre-Orders
o (if applicable) Prepare the Showroom and the materials for the pre-order and schedule sales meeting with clients to showcase the seasonal product (bi-yearly).
o Prepare the stat files for wholesale accounts before buying.
o Coordinate with SOM on recommendations to Wholesale accounts
o Prepare and perform the buying presentation for clients
o Collect orders Files from clients, check the orders for submission and ensure proper confirmation (signature on Sales Order Confirmation and deposit payments).
o Send the file to SOM for review and approval & CEO for Approval
o Send the file to Warehouse Manager for submission after Sales Operation Manager Approval
General Duties
o Shipment Follow-up in coordination with SOM: control, distribution file to wholesales (in collaboration with logistics)
o Catalogue Preparation: Retail Catalogue in coordination with Retail Manager whenever needed (per shipment per drop per wave).
o Weekly meetings with the Sales Operations Manager must be scheduled and completed
o Other assigned duties by the Department & Management.
