Description


 Product
o Merchandise Distribution:
 Oversee product distribution (drops and waves) and re-distribution and coordinate with Warehouse manager for logistics.
 Ensures availability of the right merchandise at each and every POS: new product distribution and re-distribution, merchandise alignment, order placing within the purchasing budget set by Sales Operations Department Manager
o Product Evaluation:
 Identify fast, slow-moving, last piece products by store in comparison with other stores
 Review statistical report (monthly and quarterly) on POS sales with SOM
 Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering and analyzing data on sales, customer feedback, and market trends
o Product Pricing & Discounts
 Prepare Pricing according to comparable and pricing policies
 Propose to SOM discounts and promotions/sale on merchandise
o Product Knowledge:
 Be up to date on technical & lifestyle products specs and inform SOM
 Be up-to-date on sports & lifestyle product update

 Buying Process:
o Prepare the files (Stats reports, sales reports, forecasted order per departments based on a general budget etc.)
o Prepare and perform the buying presentation
o Collect orders Files
o Send the file to SOM & CEO for Review and Approval then submittal.
o Prepare and post retail Sales Orders
o Identify and propose orders from FTS
o Coordinate for OOH shipment needs

 Visual Merchandising
o Communicate visual merchandising needs for future and current in-store marketing campaigns
o Ensure Window display the same across the store and aligned as per brand requirements
o Assist in setting Marketing calendar & strategy with SOM and Marketing

 Product Training
o Training & Performance Review:
 Oversee induction plan and training in coordination with HRM & SOM for all new hires (brands, products, etc.) according to the SOPs.
 Conduct Product Knowledge Trainings for the Sales Team (new joiners, all sales team, wholesale) for each season/collection (2 sessions a season)
 Ensure that the staff have proper product technical and specification knowledge including on new product releases.

 General Duties
o Update regularly the SOM on: strategy goals for distribution channels, product focus & brands, quality & service standards and brand image
o Weekly meetings with the SOM must be scheduled and completed
o Other assigned duties by the Department & Management
