Manage all IT aspects, including Hardware/Software, ERP systems, and providing support to all departments and retail branches.
Responsibilities:
ERP System Management: Oversee ERP operations, maintenance, and support (e.g., Scale) to meet business needs.
Issue Resolution: Handle ERP-related issues to minimize business disruptions.
System Optimization: Regularly assess and enhance ERP performance.
Upgrades & Implementation: Lead ERP upgrades (e.g., Business Central, Power BI) from planning to deployment.
Training & Support: Provide user training on ERP functions and updates.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with ERP vendors for support and system improvements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed ERP process and configuration documentation.
E-commerce Support: Manage technical aspects of e-commerce systems.
Requirements:
BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
4+ years of IT management experience
Expertise in Navision ERP and computer hardware/software
Experience with networks and installations
Strong multitasking and time management skills
