We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist – E commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles and be skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies to support business goals
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and Google ads, to drive traffic and sales to our e-commerce platform
• Manage app campaigns and promocode management to drive downloads and usage
• Ensure all marketing content and materials are on-brand and effectively communicate our messaging and value proposition
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support new product launches and promotions
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, including working with influencers to promote our brand and products
• Develop visually compelling marketing materials
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute in-store activations and other promotional events
• Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including budget, timelines, and performance tracking
• Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices and incorporate new ideas into our marketing strategies
• Use data analysis to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support new product launches and promotions on our ecommerce platform
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Ability to manage a mobile app
• Proficiency in IT
• Knowledge of e-commerce channels, including email marketing, social media, and Google ads
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Desirable experience with influencer marketing and account management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
