Description


We are a well-known international franchise chain of restaurants seeking an experienced and dedicated F&B Cost Controller to join our team in Africa.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and a thorough knowledge of cost control processes within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage all aspects of cost control within our restaurants.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with management to develop effective cost control strategies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions related to food and beverage operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite and OMEGA.
