Job Description:
The company operates in the Gulf, Middle East, and West Africa, representing Italian manufacturers of machinery and packaging lines in the beverage and food sectors.
- This role involves extensive travel. You will play a crucial role in promoting the machines, products and services to the F&B production plants.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to customers as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and product developments to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record in regional sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other departments.
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and techniques to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Experience with market research tools and methodologies to gather and analyze market data.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and simulation tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Technical background in machinery is a plus.
- Proficient in both French and English - Experience in the F&B sector and/or west African market.
