We are looking to hire for a well-established trading company in Sin el Fil, a Parts Coordinator.
The Parts Coordinator handles coordination between the company supply chain activities and manages the relevant reports, while being the focal contact for clients and suppliers and
maintaining excellent client and supplier relationships.
Her main tasks are :Filing and Document Checking,Transfer Between Warehouses, Manage and facilitate stock transfers from one warehouse to another, Pricelist Update,Client and Suppliers Communication,ERP - Pricelist Reports, Pricing Report, ERP - Client Sales Report
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Background: Bachelor in Business Administration
Professional Background: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements: proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; coordination and
follow-up skills; filing and record keeping skills; analytical thinking; attention to details;
openness to feedback; client and supplier focus; curiosity for knowledge
