Job Overview:
A Digital Account Executive is responsible for supporting Digital Account Managers and managing client relationships, as well for developing and executing social media strategies on behalf of a company or brand. They use their knowledge of social media platforms and trends to help increase brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities & Duties:
-Assist the Digital Account Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients,
ensuring that they are satisfied with the agency's services and that their needs are met.
-Develop and execute social media strategies aligning with business objectives.
-Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including copy, images, and video.
-Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, monitoring performance, and engaging with followers.
-Monitor social media trends and stay up to date on new features and changes to platforms.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and creative, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing strategy.
Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including
recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications Required:
-Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field.
-Up to 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
-Ability for self-critique, self-motivated learning, original thinking, and efficient productivity.
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including best practices for content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
-Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling social media copy.
-English and Arabic speaker. French speaker being optional.
