Digital& SAL located in Jal El Dib is looking for an HR and Administrative Assistant to support the company in various HR Generalist and Administrative functions. Main tasks being:
- Maintain accurate Employees database.
- Assist in Payroll production and reporting.
- Follow up on Personnel related issues.
- Follow up on Insurance renewals.
- Conduct the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in administrative functions such as - but not limited to : issuing tickets, hotels booking, office stationaries, filing, social media postings.
The suitable candidate should have a relevant university degree, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. She should be fluent in English and have proven experience with the main MS Office Applications.
