Key Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinates with weighing and spraying teams to perform test cards.
Ø Generates the test cards official report with accuracy and promptness.
Ø Communicates with direct supervisor as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
Ø Verifies that the batches align with the required toner color (basic color of reference).
Ø Enters the final approved formulation into the external software.
Ø Utilizes the spectrophotometer to define reference sample color formulations.
Ø Records spectrophotometer values in the colorist internal system.
Ø Ensures a clean and safe working environment in the coloristic department.
Ø Conducts analysis and adjustments of ready-mix colors for optimal results.
Ø Matches, tints, and formulates colors according to customer specifications, employing the latest standards and equipment.
Ø Operates autonomously while striving for exceptional quality standards in color matching.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Ø A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Ø Relevant experience in color matching, preferably within an industrial setting.
Ø Familiarity with various paint technologies, including waterborne, solvent-based, and acrylic formulations.
Ø Proficient in utilizing the latest mixing and tinting equipment technology.
Ø Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email communication.
