Job description(Scheduler):
Designing and implementing an efficient recruiting strategy to get interested candidates on board.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions in the company and for our active projects.
Training chosen candidates to execute available projects.
Job Description(Editor):
Data collection based on high-quality measurements
Editing and revising surveys based on HSB internal guidelines
Meeting deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects
Requirements and Skills:
1 to 4 years’ experience in related field
BS / MS in Business/ Translation/ English Literature/ Journalism or any related field
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and high grammatical skills
N.B- Applicant should be a resident of Beirut.
